Quick Question: Have you heard of Grounding?

Grounding, also called earthing, is a therapeutic technique involving activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect you to the earth. This practice relies on earthing science and grounding physics to explain how electrical charges from the earth can positively affect your body. You can watch the video below by Robin Greenfield to learn more.

Spiritual Wealth

Spirituality involves the recognition of a feeling or sense, or belief that there is something greater than me. Something more to being human than sensory experience, and the greater whole of which we are part is cosmic or divine by nature. Spiritual wealth comes from within. True spiritual wealth is something that you can control. It's your contentment, mindfulness, and spiritual self—things you can always have.

Emotional intelligence

Emotional intelligence (otherwise known as emotional quotient or EQ) is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict.

Different Types of Therapy

  • Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a form of holistic healing/treatment that uses scents, smells, or aromas to promote health and well-being. Aromatherapy enhances both physical and emotional health, overall lifting one’s spirit. Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils, candles, plants such as sage, palo santo, and other natural resources in a medicinal way to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. Sometimes it's called essential oil therapy because oils are the primary tool for aromatherapy.

    Tip: Get the smelling.

  • Social Therapy

Social Therapy is simply talking, understanding someone else, or venting as they would say. A family member, friend, certified therapist, coworker, boss, and even a pet can be a social source one can open up to, speak to, and listen to. Unfortunately, your pet may not talk back but they still can be a good social pillow. Social therapy is to help an individual who is experiencing psychological issues or anxiety to regulate their emotions and build connections to others. Socialization can be one on one or in a group. Whichever one suits you and is appropriate.

Tip: DO NOT SUFFER IN SILENCE

  • Physical Therapy

Physical therapy deals with the body. Physical therapy is mainly utilized after an injury that occurred doing some type of form or fashion whether it was playing a sport or a car accident. Physical therapy deals with certain movements, heating along with icing, light workouts, yoga, and/or any type of activity your physician would want you to engage in on the path to recovery.

Tip: Be safe at all times

  • Other forms of therapy

    1. Hypnotherapy

    2. Music/sound Therapy

    3. Art/Crafting Therapy

There are numerous types of therapy, this is just to name a few. Overall, find the one that works best for you. Take Care, You Deserve It.
